Rules are needed for safety, security, comfort and protection to all board users. The following are the rules to be used in the IC RP forums.
1. All Roleplays are to be E8 friendly.
2. Roleplays abide by the Consent rule.
3. No Godmodding.
4. Make things as realistic as possible.
5. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
6. No Netspeak.

1. All Roleplays are to be E8 friendly.
Roleplays have to be suitable for persons as young as 8 years of real life age. This means, no swearing, smoking, everything OVER the limitations of E8. If you are unsure of the rules of this standard, please review the Furcadia Official Forums, and even the Portrait rules, because they are rather detailed in what is E8 and what is not.
2. Roleplays abide by the Consent rule.
The Consent Rule basically means that if somebody poses or says something that implies your cooperation, you can act like it didn't happen if you want to.
3. No Godmodding.
This means no overpowering characters. Your character cannot come back from death, and cannot constantly kill. It cannot have every power in the world, and have the most accurate aim ever thought inhumanly possible. Your character can and may die, with your consent. However, once your character does die, then it is dead for good. You will not return to the thread once your character has died.
4. Make things as realistic as possible.
Please, does it really need explaining? Do not post that a cat can jump to the moon, or things relating to this. Rather like Godmodding, this is to be realistic to an extent. Magic and powers are permitted, but please choose your character's limitations before you post.
5. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Respect is the keyword here. You are to respect all members of these forums and you are to treat them fairly. Personal attacks are not permitted on any of the forums threads, and anyone suggesting something against a particular member or other members will have their posts deleted and my be the cause to a locked thread. Please treat others fairly, respectfully and like a precious gem to you. It's only fair.
6. No Netspeak.
This means none of the "U, R, UR, BRB, K, G2G, TBH..." etc. Posts with these speak will be edited, however if too many of these posts are made, then you may have a ban on the RP forums after a formal warning.
7. Have fun!
The roleplay forums are here so you can enjoy yourself by doing something you love. Please, have fun! And yes, it's an IP ban if you do not have fun.
Rules can be added at any time, so keep checking back before you post.
Breaching the rules can result in the topic being locked or closed, and possibly a ban if severe.
